Front-Loading Jet Wash Systems: Powerful and Efficient Industrial Cleaning
Front-loading jet wash systems provide an automated, high-performance solution for cleaning industrial components. Designed for efficiency and ease of use, these systems utilize high-pressure heated spray jets to remove oils, grease, and contaminants while ensuring thorough and consistent cleaning. Unlike immersion cleaning, front-loading jet washers deliver fast cycle times and uniform spray coverage, making them ideal for precision parts cleaning in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing.
For manufacturers needing a robust yet space-efficient cleaning system, front-loading jet wash cabinets like the Jetwash series offer reliable, heavy-duty degreasing with minimal operator involvement. These machines are designed for high-volume industrial environments, ensuring consistent and repeatable cleaning performance.
With their fully enclosed stainless steel construction and automated operation, front-loading jet washers provide a powerful, self-contained cleaning solution that enhances efficiency while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Whether used as a standalone unit or integrated into production lines, these systems offer a cost-effective and dependable approach to industrial parts washing.
Jetwash Front-Loading Systems
The Jetwash front-loading range is a prime example of Vixen’s commitment to high-performance industrial cleaning solutions. Designed for efficiency, safety, and ease of use, these systems provide powerful aqueous cleaning for degreasing and washing a wide range of components.
The front-loading Jetwash features guillotine-style doors operated by a pneumatic cylinder with a two-handed control unit, ensuring safe operation and preventing risks to the operator. The design allows for easy loading of heavy components, with an optional one- or two-door configuration to suit different workflow needs. Operators can control wash cycles and temperature settings through a touchscreen display linked to a PLC, providing precise control over cleaning processes.
For added convenience, Vixen has developed an autoload function, enabling operators to load large components quickly and efficiently. Additional features include a fully stainless steel interior, powder-coated finish, fully insulated design, adjustable feet, and a steam vent. A two-tier filtration system, low water sensor, oil tap and weir separator, and gas-assisted doors enhance performance and reliability.
The Jetwash front-loading system is ideal for industries requiring heavy-duty degreasing and thorough cleaning, offering safe, automated, and high-quality results for a wide range of applications.
